Each pet portrait is a one-of-a-kind, custom piece created with care and attention to detail. Because every artwork is made specifically for you, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been started, materials, time, and effort have already been invested, so I’m unable to repurpose or resell the artwork.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available once the creative process has begun or a portrait has been completed. Please be sure to review your reference photos and any requested details carefully before I start your portrait.
Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to me! If there’s a concern with your order (for example, damage during shipping or a mistake on my end), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. I’ll do my best to find a fair resolution.
