Shipping & Delivery Policy
Each pet portrait is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because every order is unique, processing times may vary depending on my current workload and how quickly clients respond during the proofing process.
Processing Time
I typically complete portraits within 7 days of receiving your order, reference photos, and any necessary details. However, I do my best to finish and ship orders even sooner whenever possible — 14 days is my safe estimate for most standard orders.
Please note that delays may occur if:
- I’m working through a high volume of commissions
- Additional revisions are requested
- Communication or approval from the client takes extra time
I’ll always keep you updated on progress and estimated shipping dates.
Shipping Rates
- U.S. Orders: Flat rate of $5
- International Orders: Flat rate of $15
All portraits are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or postal carrier errors.
International Orders
Shipping times for international destinations may vary depending on customs and local postal services. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
